You may request a return within thirty calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, inserts, and labels.
A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required to process any return. Products that show signs of heavy use, misuse, damage caused after delivery, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping
Fyzenra LLC covers the cost of standard return shipping for eligible returns within the United States. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your convenience. Please package the product carefully to prevent damage during transit. Using the original packaging is strongly recommended.
Refund Process
After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return requirements. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within five to ten business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary slightly based on your financial institution.
Fyzenra LLC does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it quickly.
After review, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Fyzenra LLC will cover all associated shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, size, or style, please contact our support team. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred product.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled free of charge within twelve hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already entered processing or transit, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may return the product after delivery according to this policy.
Shipping Information Summary
Fyzenra LLC processes orders within one to two business days. We offer free standard shipping within the United States, and most deliveries arrive within three to seven business days after shipment. At this time, we ship domestically only and do not provide international delivery.
