All orders placed with Fyzenra LLC are processed within one to two business days. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, it is securely packed and handed over to our shipping carrier for delivery.


Shipping Destinations

Fyzenra LLC currently ships only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our focus is to ensure fast and dependable delivery for customers across the U.S.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically three to seven business days depending on your location and carrier operations. Total delivery time includes both processing and transit time. For example, if processing takes one to two business days and shipping takes three to seven business days, your package may arrive within approximately four to nine business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Tracking information may take up to twenty-four to forty-eight hours to update after shipment.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Fyzenra LLC cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping information before finalizing your purchase.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the customer being unavailable, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, we may issue a refund for the product cost only, excluding any shipping or handling expenses already incurred.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to package all fitness products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

If an item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and take clear photos of both the product and the packaging. Send these images along with your order number to our support team within forty-eight hours of delivery.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
